GOLF WANG and Oxcart Assembly Dress NASA’s Artemis-1 Broadcast Team

NASA's Artemis program is undoubtedly one of the most ambitious initiatives the space agency has ever embarked on with the goals of establishing a basecamp on the Moon and eventually sending mankind to Mars. To celebrate the first-ever mission launch, which was originally scheduled for August 29 but has now been postponed due to engine cooling issues, creative agency Oxcart Assembly works with Tyler, the Creator's GOLF WANG to create an official line of apparel and accessories.

The pieces incorporate a mix of classic designs as well as futuristic colorways across all-weather jackets, collaborative Converse Chuck 70s found in Artemis' vibrant Horizon gradient, wool caps, tie-dye tees, long coats, and PVC patches sourced from the exclusive supplier to the NASA Astronaut Office. The wardrobe will be worn by NASA's On-Air team for the Artemis Mission broadcasts, and are made to "reflect current fashion trends of the Artemis-1 Launch time period (circa
2022)."

A release date for the collection has yet to be announced.
