Remember last year when Tinker Hatfield and Michelob ULTRA linked up to design a one of a kind NBA Championship bottle collaboration? Both have once again teamed up ahead of the 2022 NBA Finals to create another NBA Championship bottle that will surely turn some necks.
Marking 75 years of NBA culture, the 75 limited-edition NBA Championship Bottles will be unlocked in and only in the winning team’s city, allowing 75 lucky fans to unbox a piece of NBA history. Along with the limited-edition bottle, these lucky fans will also be saying ‘Got Em’ to a one of a kind NFT designed and digitally signed by Tinker Hatfield.
Like many Tinker designs, the 2022 Michelob ULTRA Championship Bottle infuses elements inspired by two of the designer’s greatest loves – sneakers and basketball, including:
- The 75th NBA Anniversary logo, a celebratory marker for 75 years of NBA history
- The NBA Championship ring spotlighted front-and-center as an ode to the winning team
- Floater texture, as seen on some of the most iconic basketball shoes, serving as the backdrop of the premium bottle
- A collectible like no other: Tinker Hatfield’s famed handwritten signature
Want to be one of the 75 lucky fans who own this collection? Here’s how it works:
- Starting today, fans in San Francisco and Boston will begin seeing larger-than-life “shoebox” style boxes with scannable QR codes dropped in their favorite bars along the potential championship parade route. Scan the code to enter.
- If your team wins, on parade day, winners will be notified and the bottles will be exclusively unboxed at the locations along the parade route. Winners will then be mailed their limited-edition bottle so they can toast to the victory with the entire city.
