The carrier announced officially unveiled the United-exclusive Impossible Meatball Bowl, available to first class customers on all domestic flights. It features three Impossible Meatballs — all of which are crafted with a custom mix of Impossible Beef and Impossible Sausage seasoned with a homestyle spice blend — made from plants and broccolini, then served on couscous and herb-infused tomato sauce.
Meanwhile, the Impossible Sausage can be found in select Polaris lounges, and as an option optional omelet ingredient or a breakfast patty during breakfast at Chicago O’Hare, Los Angeles, Newark and San Francisco Polaris lounges.
